Below is pricing for weddings up to 100 people and included amenities.
Please add $12 per additional guest up to 300 guests total.
THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION
- Friday through Sunday
- 12 hours onsite
- Exclusive use of the property including Barn, Chapel, Greenhouse, Catering Kitchen, and Farmhouse for dressing
- Covered porches
- Front and back lawns
- Lighted parking lot
- Complete attention on your day, only one wedding per day
- Personal event concierge
- One hour rehearsal on Thursday evening (or Friday if available)
- Photo shoot location fee waived for engagement and wedding pictures
- Tables (without linens)
- Round or rectangular tables
- Rectangle antique farm tables for food, gifts, sign-in or memorial use
- White ceremony chairs with cushions
- Setup/breakdown of tables and chairs
- Attendants for parking, restroom and trash

THE FINE PRINT

- Booking Deposit
- A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to secure date.
- Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit of $1,000 will be held and returned within 48 hours after the event.
- Event insurance policy must be purchased prior to your event from a third party vendor. Marengo Insurance.
- Approximate price is $100 – $150 based on event.
- All outside Vendors must be pre-approved.
- Additional Time Onsite
- Must be arranged 48 hours in advance.
- Additional fee may apply.
